We try to keep inventory updated. If you are able to put in your basket - then we have inventory in stock. Once items are sold out, we will take off website.

All we have left in inventory is Bellaire, Thunderbird and Riviera Metal Chairs with "raw" pan sets (this includes the white heavy duty frames and hardware to assemble). Instructions on how to paint them are listed on each page. You can also just purchase the "raw pan sets" without the frames.  Also in inventory is the Book and T-Shirts.

  • Shipping and Returns Policies

    Shipping Policy

    We do everything we can to ensure that your item arrives as soon as possible and we make every effort to provide you with the best freight rates available to us.

    However, delivery times vary depending on the method of shipment you choose. Shipping for orders of about 200 lbs and greater will be researched for the best shipping options.  We get prices for UPS ground, UPS GFP or LTL (on pallets) and will choose the best shipping option and rate. With the exception of the Patio table &  Bar table all our items are packaged for UPS shipping.  These two items can only be shipped on pallets due to their size.  Even though we have increased our packing for UPS shipping, they still do not ship without problems.  We do not use Fed-Ex as our little town does not have daily service with them and we do have a daily pick-up with UPS Ground.  Therefore, if you choose to use your account for "Third Party Billing" you will need to provide us with your UPS account number.

    • Your physical shipping address must be able to accept routine large truck deliveries. If you are unable to receive 18 wheelers to your location we can ship using UPS ground service or UPS GFP. UPS charges typically run more than freight delivery.
    • Confirm your physical shipping address is NOT defined as residential. If so, residential delivery incurs added costs. We have learned some businesses are actually designated to be located in a residential zone.
    • When receiving truck delivered freight and your location does not have forklift or dock access, you may require lift gate services. Please be sure to let us know your truck off-loading process. Lift gate services carry extra charges.
    • Please inform us of your receiving hours. Freight companies typically deliver Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. If this schedule differs from your own, a special delivery appointment might be required and extra fees may apply.
    • Freight companies are not responsible for carrying merchandise into your business. Extra fees may apply if this service is provided.
    • If your delivery should arrive with any visual damage to the packaging, please make a note of this on the waybill before signing for your delivery. It would also help if you could take pictures.

    Remember, that small freight orders of less than about 300 lbs. account for the majority of your landed costs. Normally, you can increase your order by several hundred pounds with minimal added freight increase, thus effectively lowering net landed costs to the products.

    International Shipping Policy

    All International orders will need to be approved, please call our customer representative at 1-888-229-2421 to determine if we can ship to you. If so, international orders will ship UPS, USPS or by an approved freight carrier.

    Heavyweight items and International shipping usually require additional charges, please contact us for a quote before submitting your order.

    Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on your shipper characteristics and the characteristics of, and services requested for, packages actually tendered to UPS, USPS or Freight carrier.

    Return Policy

    We want you to be happy with your Retro Metal Furniture!

    If you have any questions or concerns, or are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us via e-mail or our on line contact form.

    We gladly send replacement parts for any item that may be damaged. Most of the time it is not necessary to replace the complete item. We’ll issue a refund, providing merchandise is returned in its original packaging. If the item is returned due to damage we will cover shipping costs for the return shipment. Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping.

    We require that:

    • Defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. Photographs will be requested.
    • Item(s) being returned for any reason, must be returned in original condition with the box and all packaging as received, if not the 12% restocking fee could be charged.
    • If you decide you just don't like it, you pay the return shipping, 12% re-stocking fee and will receive a refund for the item(s) once we receive and inspect.
    • If you paid via credit card we will credit your CC account.

    Please Note: If a shipment is refused because you changed your mind, you will be charged the return shipping fees plus 20% re-stocking fee (deducted from refund)
