PAYMENT - All orders shipped prepaid with credit card, check (must clear bank before shipping) or e-check (provided by link on invoice). We accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. Your order is billed to your credit card prior to shipping.
IN-STOCK ORDERS - will be processed in the order they are received.
IN-SEASON ORDERS - may take longer to process than normal.
WARRANTY - All items guaranteed 100% for quality of workmanship. Any defective merchandise can be returned for exchange or credit. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Please don't ever hesitate to call with any problems, we'll do what we think is right to correct any problem you may have.
REPLACEMENT PARTS – will be sent for any parts that may be damaged. Most of the time it is not necessary to replace the complete item.
BACKORDER POLICY - When your order is taken or placed on-line, a backorder is kept on those items which are temporarily out of stock. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible unless we are notified by you to cancel the backorder.
We do everything we can to ensure that your item arrives as soon as possible and we make every effort to provide you with the best freight rates available to us.
However, delivery times vary depending on the method of shipment you choose. Shipping for orders of about 200 lbs and greater will be researched for the best shipping options. We get prices for UPS ground, UPS GFP or LTL (on pallets) and will choose the best shipping option and rate. With the exception of the Patio table & Bar table all our items are packaged for UPS shipping. These two items can only be shipped on pallets due to their size. Even though we have increased our packing for UPS shipping, they still do not ship without problems. We do not use Fed-Ex as our little town does not have daily service with them and we do have a daily pick-up with UPS Ground. Therefore, if you choose to use your account for "Third Party Billing" you will need to provide us with your UPS account number.

Remember, that small freight orders of less than about 300 lbs. account for the majority of your landed costs. Normally, you can increase your order by several hundred pounds with minimal added freight increase, thus effectively lowering net landed costs to the products.
All International orders will need to be approved, please call our customer representative at 1-888-229-2421 to determine if we can ship to you. If so, international orders will ship UPS, USPS or by an approved freight carrier.

We gladly send replacement parts for any item that may be damaged. Most of the time it is not necessary to replace the complete item. We’ll issue a refund, providing merchandise is returned in its original packaging. If the item is returned due to damage we will cover shipping costs for the return shipment. Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping.

China. We own the molds and tooling used to make our outdoor furniture. Everything we sell is made to our own specifications. Our furniture has a UV powdercoat finish and stainless steel fasteners and is made heavier than they were years ago.
Yes, we can. Although, if you are not carrying inventory in your store for re-sell, there will be an additional charge for drop shipping. We ship UPS ground from area code 75657.
We charge a 12% re-stocking charge only if you have received your furniture and have decided that you just didn’t like it, want it or the color was not right. You pay the return shipping and re-stocking fee and we’ll refund your money.
The minimum first order is $440.00 not including freight charges. There is no minimum for reorders.
Yes, we have a catalog. We only offer our catalog to our RETAILERS. You may request we send you one when filling out the wholesale account request.
Weight limit is 275 lbs and 500 lbs. The Heavy Duty chair is rated at 325 lbs.
We guarantee our products for one year, under normal circumstances. If you place your metal furniture on gravel, brick or concrete and it is scuffed from movement, then the warranty will be void. Our chairs now have feet on them and this shouldn't happen to them but could happen to the gliders or rocking chairs.
Yes, we will replace the part or piece of furniture that is damaged. There is seldom the need for a complete replacement. We do ask that if it appears that it was damaged in shipping that you take pictures of the box and the damages so we can file a claim with UPS.

UPS, Freight Carrier, USPS. Small orders ship UPS. Large orders could ship Freight carrier. Replacement parts could ship USPS. We do not ship Patio or Bar Table via UPS due to their size. These will have to go on a pallet. All furniture is shipped KD (knocked down) in a box.
For example, you may have an item that weighs 15 lb. Due to its size and the packaging size; it is billable at 30 lb. This is all determined by weight, length, height and width of the package.
Care and maintenance of your new metal lawn furniture is quite minimal. The finish is Exterior Grade, Ultra Violet resistant Powder Coat and it will keep its gloss and smooth appearance for many years of enjoyment. It is resistant to all non-abrasive household cleansers and any common kitchen product can be used. However, Powder Coat is not scratch proof. It does compare in hardness to the finish of modern automobile paints.
Generally a good bath with a soapy sponge removes all common yard stains. We have found a small application of liquid auto wax such as NU-FINISH lessens efforts required to remove repeat stains such as bird droppings and tree sap and increases the gloss of the Powder Coat. A small drop or two of lubricate from time to time will remove squeaks in the nylon bushings of the Swing Arms on the gliders.
Occasionally, when opening your metal lawn furniture, you may encounter some slight discoloration. This is caused by moisture inside the tubing and is only a stain. It compares to the ring you get in your sink when leaving a metal object for too long. This and many other scuff marks can be easily removed with Chrome Polish and a soft cloth. This procedure can be repeated as many times as necessary though out the life of your furniture.
