    To place an order, review the product catalog and become familiar with our products. When you are ready to become a retailer or a BTB customer, you can go to "Request to become retailer or BTB customer" and fill out the form.  We will review the request and let you know when you have been approved.  Then you can log in with the credentials you created and you will see your prices.  Be sure to confirm your order including the total cost of the order. Please review the "Terms and Conditions" and "Shipping and Returns" before placing your order. We will use the payment information that you supplied to us to pay for your order after it has been completed and shipping charges have been calculated and added.

    MINIMUM OPENING ORDER=$440 - No minimum on subsequent orders

    PAYMENT - All orders shipped prepaid with credit card, check (must clear bank before shipping) or e-check (provided by link on invoice). We accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA.  Your order is billed to your credit card prior to shipping.

    IN-STOCK ORDERS - will be processed in the order they are received.

    IN-SEASON ORDERS - may take longer to process than normal.

    WARRANTY - All items guaranteed 100% for quality of workmanship. Any defective merchandise can be returned for exchange or credit. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Please don't ever hesitate to call with any problems, we'll do what we think is right to correct any problem you may have.

    REPLACEMENT PARTS – will be sent for any parts that may be damaged. Most of the time it is not necessary to replace the complete item.

    BACKORDER POLICY - When your order is taken or placed on-line, a backorder is kept on those items which are temporarily out of stock. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible unless we are notified by you to cancel the backorder.

    Shipping Policy

    We do everything we can to ensure that your item arrives as soon as possible and we make every effort to provide you with the best freight rates available to us.

    However, delivery times vary depending on the method of shipment you choose. Shipping for orders of about 200 lbs and greater will be researched for the best shipping options.  We get prices for UPS ground, UPS GFP or LTL (on pallets) and will choose the best shipping option and rate. With the exception of the Patio table &  Bar table all our items are packaged for UPS shipping.  These two items can only be shipped on pallets due to their size.  Even though we have increased our packing for UPS shipping, they still do not ship without problems.  We do not use Fed-Ex as our little town does not have daily service with them and we do have a daily pick-up with UPS Ground.  Therefore, if you choose to use your account for "Third Party Billing" you will need to provide us with your UPS account number.

    All our items ship from Jefferson, Texas 75657.

    Requirements:

    • Your physical shipping address must be able to accept routine large truck deliveries. If you are unable to receive 18 wheelers to your location we can ship using UPS ground service or UPS GFP. UPS charges typically run more than freight delivery.
    • Confirm your physical shipping address is NOT defined as residential. If so, residential delivery incurs added costs. We have learned some businesses are actually designated to be located in a residential zone.
    • When receiving truck delivered freight and your location does not have forklift or dock access, you may require lift gate services. Please be sure to let us know your truck off-loading process. Lift gate services carry extra charges.
    • Please inform us of your receiving hours. Freight companies typically deliver Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. If this schedule differs from your own, a special delivery appointment might be required and extra fees may apply.
    • Freight companies are not responsible for carrying merchandise into your business. Extra fees may apply if this service is provided.
    • If your delivery should arrive with any visual damage to the packaging, please make a note of this on the waybill before signing for your delivery. It would also help if you could take pictures.

    Remember, that small freight orders of less than about 300 lbs. account for the majority of your landed costs. Normally, you can increase your order by several hundred pounds with minimal added freight increase, thus effectively lowering net landed costs to the products.


    International Shipping Policy

    All International orders will need to be approved, please call our customer representative at 1-888-229-2421 to determine if we can ship to you. If so, international orders will ship UPS, USPS or by an approved freight carrier.

    Heavyweight items and International shipping usually require additional charges, please contact us for a quote before submitting your order.

    Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on your shipper characteristics and the characteristics of, and services requested for, packages actually tendered to UPS, USPS or Freight carrier.


    Return Policy

    We want you to be happy with your Retro Metal Furniture!

    If you have any questions or concerns, or are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us via e-mail or our on line contact form.

    We gladly send replacement parts for any item that may be damaged. Most of the time it is not necessary to replace the complete item. We’ll issue a refund, providing merchandise is returned in its original packaging. If the item is returned due to damage we will cover shipping costs for the return shipment. Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping.

    We require that:

    • Defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. Photographs will be requested.
    • Item(s) being returned for any reason, must be returned in original condition with the box and all packaging as received, if not the 12% restocking fee could be charged.
    • If you decide you just don't like it, you pay the return shipping, 12% re-stocking fee and will receive a refund for the item(s) once we receive and inspect.
    • If you paid via credit card we will credit your CC account.

    Please Note: If a shipment is refused because you changed your mind, you will be charged the return shipping fees plus 20% re-stocking fee (deducted from refund)

  • Where are your chairs made?

    China. We own the molds and tooling used to make our outdoor furniture. Everything we sell is made to our own specifications. Our furniture has a UV powdercoat finish and stainless steel fasteners and is made heavier than they were years ago.

  • Can you drop ship to our customers?

    Yes, we can. Although, if you are not carrying inventory in your store for re-sell, there will be an additional charge for drop shipping. We ship UPS ground from area code 75657.

  • Why does it appear that there is rust on the frames from time to time?
    This is just a discoloration caused by condensation. The inside tubing has not been powder coated. This and many other scuff marks can be easily removed with chrome polish and a soft cloth.
  • Do you have a re-stocking charge?

    We charge a 12% re-stocking charge only if you have received your furniture and have decided that you just didn’t like it, want it or the color was not right. You pay the return shipping and re-stocking fee and we’ll refund your money.

  • Is there a minimum we have to buy?

    The minimum first order is $440.00 not including freight charges. There is no minimum for reorders.

  • Do you have a catalog?

    Yes, we have a catalog. We only offer our catalog to our RETAILERS. You may request we send you one when filling out the wholesale account request.

  • What is the weight limit of the chairs and gliders?

    Weight limit is 275 lbs and 500 lbs. The Heavy Duty chair is rated at 325 lbs.

  • What is your warranty?

    We guarantee our products for one year, under normal circumstances. If you place your metal furniture on gravel, brick or concrete and it is scuffed from movement, then the warranty will be void. Our chairs now have feet on them and this shouldn't happen to them but could happen to the gliders or rocking chairs.

  • Will you replace furniture that is received damaged?

    Yes, we will replace the part or piece of furniture that is damaged. There is seldom the need for a complete replacement. We do ask that if it appears that it was damaged in shipping that you take pictures of the box and the damages so we can file a claim with UPS.

  • Do you have care and assembly instructions?
    Yes, we have care and assembly instructions on-line.
  • Do you have color chips?
    No. The colors shown on-line are fairly accurate.
  • Can I find these chairs at Wal-Mart, Target, Lowes or Home Depot?
    No, not these chairs. You may see some similar to them but, we do not sell to any of the “Big Box” stores.
  • Is there somewhere we can get a list of what stores they are sold to?

    You can find a store located close to you by using the "find a store" option on this website.

  • How does your furniture ship?

    UPS, Freight Carrier, USPS. Small orders ship UPS. Large orders could ship Freight carrier. Replacement parts could ship USPS.  We do not ship Patio or Bar Table via UPS due to their size.  These will have to go on a pallet.  All furniture is shipped KD (knocked down) in a box.

  • What is dimensional weight?

    For example, you may have an item that weighs 15 lb. Due to its size and the packaging size; it is billable at 30 lb. This is all determined by weight, length, height and width of the package.

  • How to care for your furniture

    Care and maintenance of your new metal lawn furniture is quite minimal. The finish is Exterior Grade, Ultra Violet resistant Powder Coat and it will keep its gloss and smooth appearance for many years of enjoyment. It is resistant to all non-abrasive household cleansers and any common kitchen product can be used. However, Powder Coat is not scratch proof. It does compare in hardness to the finish of modern automobile paints. 

    Generally a good bath with a soapy sponge removes all common yard stains. We have found a small application of liquid auto wax such as NU-FINISH lessens efforts required to remove repeat stains such as bird droppings and tree sap and increases the gloss of the Powder Coat. A small drop or two of lubricate from time to time will remove squeaks in the nylon bushings of the Swing Arms on the gliders. 

    Occasionally, when opening your metal lawn furniture, you may encounter some slight discoloration. This is caused by moisture inside the tubing and is only a stain. It compares to the ring you get in your sink when leaving a metal object for too long. This and many other scuff marks can be easily removed with Chrome Polish and a soft cloth. This procedure can be repeated as many times as necessary though out the life of your furniture.

  • Warranty Information

    Please read the following information for details of our warranty on all furniture manufactured by Torrans Manufacturing Company, LLC (TMC):

    • Warranted for one full year from date of purchase to be free from manufactures defects.
    • Product weighs more and holds more weight than similar item from past sixty years!
    • All warranty coverage begins with the original retail purchase date.
    • Proper maintenance of your product is required to support the benefits of this warranty.
    • This warranty is voided in the event that there are indications of abuse or neglect to the furniture.
    • The Belvidere Folding Chair is not made for continuous outdoor use. They should be stored inside when not being used!
    • If you are a consumer, for service under this warranty contact your Torrans Manufacturing retailer from which you purchased the product. They may require the proof of purchase receipt including the date of purchase. They may also request that you provide photographs of the products to submit to Torrans.
    • If you are the retailer, contact Torrans directly. We will require the date of purchase and photographs of the product in question.
    • TMC will review the warranty claim and determine the most appropriate corrective action. TMC will repair or replace any part of the product or the entire product at our sole discretion if it is determined that the product is defective in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be at no charge to you.
    • This warranty applies only to residential use of the Torrans products.
    • Commercial use of Torrans products will be warranted if Commercial grade product is purchased.
